This game was made during the International Educational Game Jam 2022

--- STORY ---

Welcome to the Game: Pup-Purr-Larity (Popularity) Battle, where you'll be playing as Astronaut Doggo Laika and Mechanical Engineer Catto  Luna.

It's their job to win the heated popularity battle against the Birds and Fish, who have been getting more interest from humankind.
Laika and Luna can only win this battle if they stop the signals of Social Media posts about these awful creatures.

Will they win this CATastrophic event or will this be an imPAWSable mission. 
Join their crew and find out.

--- CONTROLS --- 
When in SHIPMODE VIEW each WASD key is meant for a room within the ship, meaning:

W = The Cockpit Entrance Room
A = Engine Room
S = Ventilation Room
D = The Compute Room

To enter the Cockpit click on the DOORFRAME

When inside the Cockpit, click with the LEFT-MOUSE-BUTTON on the Panel to enter SHOOT MODE VIEW
If you want to enter the Cockpit view you will need to click within the Door Frame.

When in SHOOT MODE VIEW the SPACEBAR and Mouse are needed:
SPACEBAR = Exits the SHOOT MODE VIEW
Mouse = To shoot the satellites

--- EVENTS --- 
Whilst playing the game you need to keep track of several things that can affect your chances of winning:

- Both Laika and Luna can be distracted from their mission and they will start playing with their toys. Get their attention back by clicking on them
- Machines can break down. If that happens exclamation points appear and you can use Luna to repair them. You'll also be notified when in Cockpit view.
